# Application management

> Learn about ADP application types and review the available ready-to-use applications.

ADP organizes document processing capabilities as applications. You can use system-provided ready-to-use applications or create custom extraction and workflow applications for your business.

  The Create extraction application API creates custom extraction applications. Ready-to-use applications are provided by the system. Create workflow applications in ADP, then use the APIs under Workflow to discover and run them.

## Ready-to-use applications

Ready-to-use applications cover document recognition, invoices, orders, and commonly used cards and certificates. The following table lists the current preset catalog with each application's name, labels, and purpose.

  Availability may vary by site, account entitlement, and product version. Use the List applications API as the source of truth for your account. To list all ready-to-use applications, set `app_type=0` and omit `ai_function`.

| Global invoices and receipts (high-speed) | Invoice, Receipt, Global Invoice, High Accuracy, Fast Extraction | Processes general global invoices and receipts for field extraction scenarios that prioritize throughput. |
| Global invoices and receipts (Southeast Asia) | Invoice, Receipt, Southeast Asia Invoice, High Accuracy, Fast Extraction | Adds payer-country, withholding-tax, and line-level withholding-tax fields for Southeast Asian invoices and receipts. |
